REFERRAL
Completed forms including patient details, clinical documentation, and lab work can be emailed or faxed by your provider to our clinic for processing.

INSURANCE
Red River Health is in-network with many insurance companies, including Medicare, Tricare, and various commercial plans.
Once we receive your referral, we will verify your benefits, eligibility, and obtain authorization from your insurance company.
We will relay any estimated out-of-pocket costs to you, and then assist with navigating co-pay assistance programs and financial aid options that are available (if applicable).
